Terms of Service
Last updated 9 June 2026
These terms cover how you can use MedFlow. By creating an account or booking a service, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
MedFlow is a platform operated by Verydash that helps healthcare organizations such as labs, hospitals, pharmacies and clinics run their day to day work, and helps patients book and track services with them. When we say "we" or "the platform" we mean MedFlow.
2. Your account
You need an account to use most of the platform. Organizations create an owner account during onboarding, and patients create their own account to book. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access.
3. Using the platform
Use MedFlow only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms. Don't try to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the platform, and don't misuse other people's data. Organizations must hold the licenses and approvals required to offer their services.
4. Bookings and payments
When a patient books a service, the price shown at the time of booking is the price that applies, even if the organization changes its prices later. Payments may be collected online or on collection, depending on the organization. Refunds and cancellations are handled according to the booking's status and the organization's own policy.
5. Reports and medical information
Test results and reports are prepared by the organization you booked with, not by MedFlow. We make our best effort to deliver them accurately, but the organization is responsible for the clinical content. Reports are for your information and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified doctor.
6. Organization responsibilities
Organizations are responsible for the accuracy of their catalog, prices, staff roles, and results, and for handling patient data lawfully. Each organization only has access to its own patients and bookings.
7. Changes and availability
We may update the platform and these terms from time to time. We aim to keep the service running smoothly but can't promise it will always be available without interruption.
8. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, MedFlow is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the clinical decisions and results produced by an organization using the platform.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using MedFlow at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.
